We offer local pick up, or shipping to anywhere in Indiana, USA — When it comes to Haws Sweet & Treats. Small Bags of gourmet Cotton candy are mostly dye free. Look in the description, and on the photo to make sure you’re getting Dye free— if that’s what you prefer. We only have a few that aren’t dye free, ( Cupid Mix, Date Night and Blue Raspberry). The rest are Dye-Free.
